네이버 사이트 상위노출 강원 동해시는 지역 관광을 활성화하기 위해 ‘소규모 관광객 인센티브 지원사업’과 ‘기차 연계 관광객 인센티브 이벤트 사업’을 이달부터 본격적으로 시행한다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 당일 또는 숙박 관광객을 대상으로 관광 인센티브를 지급하는 한편 KTX 동해선 개통을 기념해 동해행 열차 이용객에게는 추가 혜택을 제공하는 것이 특징이다.
기존 소규모 관광객 인센티브는 당일 관광객 1인당 1만 원, 숙박 관광객 1인당 2만 원이다.
열차를 이용한 관광객에게는 당일 방문의 경우 5000원, 숙박하면 1만 원을 추가로 지급한다.
이와 별도로 추진되는 ‘동해선 KTX-이음 개통 기념 기차 연계 이벤트’는 서울역 또는 부전역에서 출발해 동해역에 도착하는 열차 이용 관광객이 승차권을 인증할 경우 해당 기차 운임의 50%를 추가로 지원하는 인센티브 사업이다.
이에 따라 기존 소규모 관광객 인센티브를 신청한 당일 관광객이 서울역에서 출발해 동해역에 도착하는 열차를 이용하고, 승차권을 인증하면 기본 인센티브 1만5000원에 기차 운임의 50%인 1만5650원을 더해 모두 3만650원의 혜택을 받게 된다.
소규모 관광객 인센티브 지원사업은 오는 12월까지 연중 상시 운영된다.
다만 기차 연계 이벤트 지원사업은 15일부터 오는 3월 31일까지 예산 범위에서 한시적으로 시행될 예정이다.
동해시는 관광객 재방문과 지역 내 소비를 활성화를 위해 기존 계좌이체 방식 대신 동해시 지역 화폐인 ‘동해페이’로 인센티브를 지급할 예정이다.
이진화 동해시 관광과장은 “관광객들이 인센티브 지원사업을 활용해 동해지역에서 좋은 추억을 만들기 바란다”라고 말했다.
서울 서초구는 서초형 복지돌봄 전문기관인 ‘서초복지돌봄재단’ 출범식을 지난달 29일 열고 본격 운영에 나섰다고 13일 밝혔다.
서초복지돌봄재단은 고령화 가속, 1인 가구 증가, 돌봄 공백 심화 등 사회구조 변화에 대응하기 위해 설립된 서초형 복지모델이다. 서초구의 복지 인프라를 바탕으로 지역 기반·사람 중심의 돌봄 체계를 구축해 맞춤형 복지서비스 제공을 목표로 하고 있다.
재단은 주민 누구나 이용할 수 있는 열린 공간으로 운영된다. 4층에 마련된 라운지에는 나눔 실천과 공감 확산을 위한 ‘미디어월’과 기부자를 예우하는 ‘아너스월’을 조성했다. 주민에게 상시 개방되어 소통 공간으로 활용될 예정이다.
