안양대형로펌 서울 서초구는 서초형 복지돌봄 전문기관인 ‘서초복지돌봄재단’ 출범식을 지난달 29일 열고 본격 운영에 나섰다고 13일 밝혔다.
서초복지돌봄재단은 고령화 가속, 1인 가구 증가, 돌봄 공백 심화 등 사회구조 변화에 대응하기 위해 설립된 서초형 복지모델이다. 서초구의 복지 인프라를 바탕으로 지역 기반·사람 중심의 돌봄 체계를 구축해 맞춤형 복지서비스 제공을 목표로 하고 있다.
재단은 주민 누구나 이용할 수 있는 열린 공간으로 운영된다. 4층에 마련된 라운지에는 나눔 실천과 공감 확산을 위한 ‘미디어월’과 기부자를 예우하는 ‘아너스월’을 조성했다. 주민에게 상시 개방되어 소통 공간으로 활용될 예정이다.
구는 오는 3월 시행 예정인 ‘돌봄통합지원법’에 대비해 서리풀 돌봄SOS 특화사업, 서초 청정케어 등 서초형 통합돌봄을 본격적으로 추진할 계획이다. 전성수 구청장은 “소외되는 이웃 없이 누구나 품격 있는 돌봄을 누릴 수 있도록 전국을 선도하는 서초형 통합돌봄 모델을 구축해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
