부천이혼전문변호사 P&T7, 올 4월 착공해 내년 완공“정부의 지역 균형성장 취지 공감기존 거점과 연계…경쟁력 강화”
SK하이닉스가 19조원을 들여 충북 청주에 패키징 팹(공장)을 새로 짓기로 했다. 정부가 추진하는 지역 균형발전 정책에 힘을 실어주면서 기존 생산 거점의 경쟁력도 한층 강화하는 조치로 풀이된다.
SK하이닉스는 13일 “글로벌 인공지능(AI) 메모리 수요에 안정적으로 대응하고 청주 팹의 생산 최적화를 고려해 첨단 패키징 팹 ‘P&T7’의 신규 투자를 결정했다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “이번 투자는 정부가 추진해온 지역 균형성장 정책 취지에 공감하면서, 동시에 공급망 효율성과 미래 경쟁력을 종합적으로 고려한 전략적 결정”이라고 설명했다.
P&T7은 총 19조원 규모로 청주 테크노폴리스 산업단지 내 23만㎡(약 7만평) 부지에 조성될 예정이다. 올해 4월 착공, 내년 말 완공을 목표로 한다.
반도체 공정은 웨이퍼를 제조하고 회로를 새기는 전공정, 웨이퍼를 개별 칩으로 잘라 패키징(포장)하는 후공정으로 나뉜다. P&T7은 D램을 수직으로 쌓아올린 고대역폭메모리(HBM) 등 AI 메모리 제조에 필수적인 ‘어드밴스드 패키징’(Advanced Packaging) 팹이다.
SK하이닉스가 미래 경쟁력과 함께 지역 균형성장을 강조한 것은 최근 호남 정치권을 중심으로 제기되고 있는 SK하이닉스·삼성전자의 용인 반도체 산업단지 ‘새만금 이전’ 요구를 의식했기 때문으로 보인다.
업계는 반도체 생태계를 고려하지 않은 지역 투자는 되레 국가 주력 산업 성장에 걸림돌이 될 수 있다는 입장이다.
SK하이닉스는 경기 이천과 청주에 주요 생산 거점을 두고 있다. 청주에는 이미 낸드를 생산하는 M11·M12·M15 팹과 후공정 작업을 담당하는 P&T3가 가동 중이다. 2024년 차세대 D램 생산능력 확보를 위해 총 20조원을 들여 짓기로 결정한 M15X도 있다. M15X는 지난해 10월 클린룸을 조기에 열고 장비를 순차적으로 반입하며 가동 초읽기에 들어간 상태다.
SK하이닉스는 “첨단 패키징 공정은 연계, 물류·운영 안정성 등 측면에서 전공정과의 접근성이 매우 중요하다”며 “청주 M15X와 P&T7 간의 유기적 연계로 청주는 SK하이닉스의 새로운 AI 메모리 핵심 거점으로 자리매김할 것”이라고 강조했다.
그러면서 “청주 P&T7 투자를 통해 단기적인 효율이나 유불리를 넘어, 중장기적으로 국가 산업 기반을 강화하고 수도권과 지방이 함께 성장하는 구조를 만들어가는 데 기여하고자 한다”고 밝혔다.
2023년 서울 서초동의 한 초등학교에서 근무하던 교사가 사망한 사건 이후 교직을 정년까지 하겠다는 젊은 교사들이 급격하게 줄었다는 분석이 나왔다.
지난해 12월 발행된 한국교원교육학회의 학술지 <한국교원교육연구>에 실린 ‘○○초 사건 이후 교사의 정년 계획 인식 변화’(신은영 초등교사) 논문에 이런 내용의 연구 결과가 담겼다.
신 교사가 한국교육개발원의 ‘한국초등교원종단연구’ 2021∼2023년 3개년 조사에 참여한 교사 1218명의 데이터를 분석한 결과 이들의 ‘정년 의지’는 해마다 약화한 것으로 나타났다.
특히 정년을 채우겠다는 20·30대 교사들이 2023년 급감한 것으로 확인됐다. 2023년 서울 서초동의 한 초등학교에서 근무하던 20대 교사가 교내에서 스스로 생을 마감했다.
논문에 따르면 ‘정년까지 교사 일을 하겠느냐’는 질문에 ‘예’라고 응답한 사람을 1, ‘아니오’라고 답한 사람을 0으로 설정했을 때 2023년 20·30 교원의 평균값은 0.45였다. 1에 가까울수록 정년 의지가 강하다는 뜻인데, 젊은 교원들은 오히려 0에 가까웠다.
직전 해인 2022년에는 이 값이 0.57이었다. 불과 한 해 만에 0.12 감소한 것으로, 2021년에서 2022년 사이의 감소폭(0.06)과 비교하면 2배 수준이다.
40대 이상 교사들 역시 2022년 0.61에서 2023년 0.57로 정년 의지가 감소했으나 감소폭(0.04)은 20·30 세대의 약 3분의 1 수준에 그쳤다.
2023년 이후 정년에 대한 인식 변화는 저경력·중격력 교원 간 차이가 뚜렷했다. 2022년만 해도 저경력 교원 1641명 중 60.27%가 ‘정년까지 교직에 재직할 의향이 있다’고 답했지만, 이듬해에는 해당 응답률이 51.4%로 8.87%포인트(p) 뚝 떨어졌다.
반면 중경력 교원들의 정년까지 재직 의향은 2022년 65.75%에서 2023년 60.8%로 4.95%포인트 감소하는 데 그쳤다. 중경력 교원도 서이초 사건 후 정년 계획에 대한 변화를 겪긴 했지만, 저경력 교원에 비해선 그 정도가 크지 않았다는 의미로 해석된다.
신 교사는 논문에서 “젊은 교사들이 교직 환경 변화에 민감하고 취약하다는 것을 보여준다”며 “○○초 사건이 교사들에게 미친 부정적 영향이 젊은 세대에게 더 큰 위기로 다가왔음을 시사한다”고 설명했다.
그는 또 지속 가능한 교직 수행을 위해서는 ‘교사 보호 법적·제도 장치 강화’ ‘개인화된 정서 치유 프로그램 구축’ ‘○○초 사건이 교원들에게 미친 영향 연구 지속’ 등이 필요하다고 제언했다.
명품 브랜드 샤넬이 국내에서 판매 중인 가방 등 일부 제품 가격을 인상했다. 에르메스, 롤렉스 등 연초마다 반복되는 주요 명품 브랜드들의 가격 인상이 올해도 계속되고 있다.
13일 업계에 따르면, 샤넬은 이날 클래식 맥시 핸드백 가격을 기존 1892만원에서 2033만원으로 7.5% 올렸다. 클래식 11.12백도 1666만원에서 1790만원으로 7.4% 인상했다. 보이 샤넬 스몰 플랩 백도 986만원에서 1060만원으로 7.5% 올랐다. 대표 제품 가격이 모두 7% 넘게 오른 것이다.
샤넬은 지난해 1월과 6월에도 국내에서 판매 중인 일부 제품 가격을 올린 바 있다.
스위스 시계 롤렉스도 지난 1일부터 국내 판매 가격을 조정했다. 서브마리너 오이스터 41㎜는 1470만원에서 1554만원으로 5.7% 인상했고, 서브마리너 데이트 오이스터스틸·옐로골드 41㎜는 2711만원에서 2921만원으로 7.4% 올랐다.
에르메스도 지난 5일 로퍼 등 국내 제품 가격을 올리면서 인상 대열에 합류했다.
명품 브랜드들이 내세우는 가격 인상 요인은 원자재 값과 인건비 상승이다.
그러나 업계 안팎에서는 매년 반복되는 가격 인상 행렬에도 명품 수요가 줄어들지 않는 요인이 작용했을 것으로 보고 있다. 업계 한 관계자는 “1년에 몇 차례씩 기습적으로 가격을 올려도 살 사람은 산다고 생각하는 것”이라고 말했다.<p><span><a href="https://소년범죄.com/" target="_blank"
