용인이혼변호사 서울 중구가 남산타운 임대관리동 건물 내 승강기와 보행통로 설치 공사를 마치고 운영을 시작한다고 20일 밝혔다.
구는 남산타운 상가 옆 임대관리동과 임대아파트를 연결한 승강기와 보행통로로 주민들 동선을 10분 이상 단축했다고 설명했다.
남산타운 아파트는 40개동 중 7개동 2034세대가 임대아파트인데, 단지 출입구와 주거동 사이의 단차가 크고 경사가 가팔랐다. 임대관리동에는 2009년 승강기가 설치됐지만, 노후로 가동이 중단되자 2021년부터 승강기 교체를 요구하는 민원이 제기됐다. 이로 인해 귀가하려면 임대관리동 계단을 이용하거나, 어르신과 장애인 등은 가파른 우회 오르막길을 10~15분간 걸어야 했다.
이에 구는 서울시와 SH공사와 협의를 통해 사업 추진에 나섰다. 2024년 시가 예산을 확보하며 사업 추진의 동력이 마련됐고, SH는 설계와 시공을 맡아 공사를 진행했다. 중구는 행정 절차를 단계적으로 조율하고 주민 의견을 수렴했다.
이번에 설치된 승강기는 기존보다 약 2개 층이 높아진 5층 규모로 조성됐는데, 높이가 높아지면서 무장애길이 열렸다. 기존에는 승강기를 이용해도 다시 계단을 올라 보행통로로 이동해야 했지만 이번에는 승강기가 기존 보행통로와 직접 연결되도록 개통돼 휠체어와 유모차 이용도 가능해졌다.
김길성 중구청장은 “이번 사업은 중구와 서울시, SH, 남산타운 주민들이 협력해 이뤄낸 성과”라며 “앞으로도 주민들 목소리에 기울이고 소통하며 일상에 도움이 되는 정책을 적극 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
롯데마트는 지난해 외국인 고객 수가 전년 대비 23% 늘면서 외국인 매출도 30% 증가했다고 15일 밝혔다.
롯데마트에 따르면 제타플렉스 서울역점은 외국인 매출이 전체의 약 40%에 달할 만큼 외국인 비중이 높다. 무료 짐 보관 서비스와 캐리어 포장대, 외화 환전기 등 편의 인프라를 갖춘 게 주효한 것으로 분석된다.
롯데마트는 지난해부터 국가별 맞춤형 마케팅을 본격화하고 있다. 지난해 10월 일본 도쿄 시부야 스크램블 교차로에서 초대형 옥외광고를 선보인 게 대표적이다. 하루 평균 유동인구 300만명에 이르는 일본 도심 한복판에서 한 달간 ‘한국 여행의 빈틈을 롯데마트로 채우자’라는 슬로건을 내걸었다. 지난해 9월에는 일본 전용 인스타그램 채널을 개설해 인기 상품을 소개하고 다양한 이벤트를 진행했다.
한국관광공사가 집계한 일본인 입국자 수와 롯데마트 내점객 수 데이터를 비교한 결과 지난해 11월 방한 일본인 중 약 17%가 롯데마트를 찾았다. 롯데마트는 “전월 14%대와 비교해 눈에 띄게 상승한 수치로 일본인 관광객 5.8명 중 1명꼴로 롯데마트를 방문한 셈”이라고 설명했다.
롯데마트는 이달 중 대만 라인페이와 협업해 인천국제공항 1터미널 한국 관광 홍보관 ‘하이커 스테이션’에서 대만 관광객에게 쿠폰 패키지를 증정한다. 다음달에는 중국 최대 명절인 춘절을 맞아 중국인 관광객 대상 프로모션을 펼치고, 오는 3월까지 롯데마트 단독 알리페이 할인 혜택도 제공한다.<p><span><a
