평택개인회생 경남 진주시가 올해부터 청년들의 운전면허 취득비용 지원과 농민수당 인상 등 시민들의 일상에 실질적 도움을 주는 85건의 ‘체감형 시책’을 시행한다.
진주시는 2026년 새해를 맞아 시민들의 삶의 질을 높이고 지역 경제에 활력을 불어넣을 ‘올해 달라지는 시책’ 85건을 시행한다고 19일 밝혔다. 이번 시책은 행정, 경제, 복지, 문화, 농정 등 5대 분야에 걸쳐 시민들이 일상에서 즉각적으로 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 지원책들을 담고 있다.
가장 눈에 띄는 변화는 청년들의 사회 진출을 돕는 지원 사업의 신설이다. 진주시는 사회초년생의 경제적 부담을 덜어주기 위해 ‘운전면허 취득비용 지원사업’을 시행한다. 2007~2008년생 청년이 올해 말까지 면허를 신규 취득할 경우 최대 10만 원을 모바일 진주사랑상품권으로 지급한다. 진주시는 또 중소기업이 미취업 청년을 정규직으로 채용해 5개월 이상 유지 때 최대 500만 원의 인건비도 지원한다.
농어촌과 복지 분야의 혜택도 강화된다. 농어업인 수당은 1인 농가 60만 원, 2인 농가 70만 원으로 상향됐으며, 여성농업인 특수건강검진 대상도 51~80세로 확대된다. 또 시민안전보험의 보장 범위를 자연·사회재난 사망과 성범죄 피해까지 넓히고, 고령층을 위한 지역사회 통합돌봄 지원사업과 아동을 위한 24시 긴급 돌봄 서비스 등을 통해 사회 안전망을 구축할 예정이다.
문화와 관광 인프라도 확충된다. 문화누리카드 지원액이 늘어나고 청년문화예술패스 대상은 19~20세로 확대된다. 오는 10월에는 망경공원 내 ‘전통문화체험관’이 준공된다. 진주시는 이러한 다각적인 시책 변화를 통해 시민 모두가 행복한 도시를 만들어가겠다는 방침이다.
17일 오전 10시 31분쯤 경상북도 의성군 안평면 서산영덕고속도로 안평3터널(영덕 방향)에서 화물차 화재가 발생했다.
소방 당국은 장비와 인력을 투입해 10여분 만에 초기 진화를 마쳤다.
초기 진화로 인해 불로 다친 사람은 없었다.
한국도로공사는 불이 나자 안평3터널(영덕 방향) 진입을 차단하고 국도로 우회 조치해 50여 분 간 정체 현상이 빚어지기도 했다.
